Throughout the branding project, I applied professional practices in project organization, communication, and teamwork. I took the lead in creating the deliverables and ensuring that roles were divided effectively, with input and approval from the group. Additionally, I maintained regular communication with Dana, keeping her updated and incorporating her feedback into our work.
What Went Well
Establishing clear roles and responsibilities helped streamline the workflow and keep the project organized. Regular communication with Dana ensured that our work aligned with her vision, and the team remained well-coordinated throughout the process.
Challenges
Balancing team input while making sure tasks were completed efficiently required careful organization. Additionally, maintaining clear and professional communication with Dana while managing the team’s workflow was an ongoing responsibility.
Next Steps for Improvement
I will continue improving my project management skills by refining task delegation, ensuring even better workflow efficiency, and maintaining structured communication with both teammates and stakeholders.

Interview with stakeholder

Description

For our second group project—the redesign of the BELCO Alliance website—I conducted the stakeholder interview with Dr. Maurice Cuypers. I asked a range of questions about their expectations, frustrations with the current site, and the key deliverables they hoped for.
What Went Well
The interview helped us gain a clearer understanding of the client's needs and align our goals with their expectations. It also established a solid foundation for communication and collaboration moving forward.
Challenges
While the project organization went smoothly, the main challenge lies in actually building the website, as it pushes our technical skills.
Next Steps for Improvement
There are no major improvements needed in terms of project organization, but we aim to continue improving our coding abilities to meet the technical demands of the project.
